Vestofy Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs refunds for purchases made through Vestofy’s services, including the Vestofy mobile application, web application, and Shopify application (the “Service”), operated by LB Development, doing business as Vestofy.
Vestofy uses a third-party billing provider to process payments and manage refunds. All refund requests are handled in accordance with the billing provider’s policies, as outlined below.

1. Consumer Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
If you are a Consumer (as defined under applicable consumer protection laws), you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, unless an exception applies.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day the transaction is completed.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that your cancellation request is sent before the 14-day period expires.

2. How to Request a Refund
To cancel your order or request a refund, you must inform Vestofy’s billing provider of your decision.
For immediate processing, refund requests should be submitted through the billing provider’s official contact channels.
You may submit your request:
• By contacting the billing provider directly using their support or contact form, (Here)
• By submitting any clear, unambiguous statement expressing your decision to cancel
If you submit a cancellation request through an online contact form, acknowledgment of receipt will be provided without undue delay.

3. Subscriptions & Automatic Renewals
For subscription-based services:
• The right to cancel applies only to the initial subscription purchase
• The right to cancel does not apply to automatic renewals
You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but previously processed renewal payments are non-refundable, unless required by applicable law.

4. Refund Processing
All refunds:
• Are processed by the billing provider, not directly by Vestofy
• Are issued using the original payment method, where possible
• May take several business days to appear, depending on your payment provider or financial institution
Vestofy does not control refund processing times once a refund has been approved.

5. Exceptions & Limitations
Refunds may not be granted in the following cases:
• Requests submitted after the 14-day cancellation period
• Subscription renewals beyond the initial subscription period
• Abuse, fraud, or violation of Vestofy’s Terms of Use
• Where refunds are excluded or limited by applicable law
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.

6. Vestofy’s Role
Vestofy provides the Service but does not process payments or issue refunds directly. All billing, payment, and refund operations are managed by Vestofy’s third-party billing provider under their applicable terms and policies.
